Goal: Create a unified brand for all four office locations in Northeast Ohio that effectively communicates the specialities of the practice and quality of care.

Solution: Launched a "You Deserve" campaign through advertising, signage, community outreach, customer service training and identity materials that focuses on the patients needs and desires.
