Don Polyak is a principal of The Impact Group, a full-service marketing communications firm that he co-founded in 2001. What started out as a four-person company has grown, even during the recession, into one of the largest marketing firms in Northeast Ohio, with clients across the state and nationwide.
Don has coordinated and managed political campaigns from local levels to the federal government. Before co-founding The Impact Group, Don led the business operations for Bacon’s Information, the world-renowned leader in market intelligence, in 13 western states and three Canadian Provinces. Don has combined this experience with his political campaign background to form a communications agency that thrives on utilizing the most innovative methods of marketing.
Don, his wife Mandy and their four girls reside in the Village of Boston Heights. Don also serves as an elected councilman for the Village.

Just the facts...I grew up with 4 sisters and only one bathroom with a shower - paid for college by selling books door-to-door over three summers in the Texas Panhandle, south Texas and the final summer was in Kansas City - Very entrepreneurial, having started more than a dozen business ventures (The Impact Group being one that started with 50 bucks and now bills over seven figures per year) - Married in a Vegas drive-through in 1998 and never looked back - Has managed or played a key role in 30+ political campaigns with only four losses - moved to San Diego a week after graduating with every belonging fit nicely into a Saturn - Moved from Vegas to Ohio and needed a semi - Loves video games - Three daughters, so far…
